Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
We'll notify you at 80% usage. Overage is billed at the per-minute rate shown on your plan: $0.50/min on Starter and $0.30/min on Growth. Enterprise plans have unlimited minutes.
How are minutes calculated?
Minutes are counted from when the AI agent answers a call to when the call ends. Brief transfers to human staff during the same call are counted as part of the same minute total.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans include a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement at no additional cost. Starter plans can add a BAA for $49/month.
What's included in the free trial?

How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you ~10% compared to monthly. You're billed once per year at the discounted rate. You can cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund for unused months.
